new ship doesn't have the cruise-mode featurey?

I bought a really cool looking black-ops class ship, but one issue I noticed is that I cannot press CAPSLOCK to keep the ship in cruise mode where the ship will maintain current speed and fly on its own.

Anyone else had the same issue where this feature works on the two story ships but not customized ones?

I think it is a bug, sometimes I can activate this, other times I can not. Often the lock cursor on the side shows, sometimes it does not. I have submitted all of these via the in-game bug report.

Yeah I thought it might have been a bug too but thought maybe there was something I miss. Thanks for your input.

happened to me with the starting ship.

I normally hit ESC when something similar happens and everything goes back to normal. Otherwise reload it is...

Cruise control is activated with Caps and changed with your mouse wheel.
