Order, Justice or Chaos
I am a bit confused with this system. I chose justice because I am just guessing that allows me to do mostly whatever I want. (Except being evil, which I don't want to be)

BUT for some reason my faction is order even tho I choose justice. So I am very confused.

when you click on reform and choose justice again then click on implement and it will change

-Cheers mate, I kinda just gave up on that system, because I did not really notice ANY restrictions whats so ever, and just choose my policies how I felt.

For example, letting prisoners go, giving full aid to citizens and etc.
