Report a translation problem
There is a crew tab to see the different crew attributes and you can change the crew positions (from co-pilot downwards) to give some crew members more importance, thus increasing their active attributes.
Because there are a lot of 'placeholders' currently in the game (features present in the UI but not yet active), IDK exactly wether what I say above works totally as intended, but for sure it's in the game and will work soon or late.
From the latest Discord news, the dev has added an additional crew member to extent the storyline so these attribute numbers are going to change I guess.
