Where do I buy ships

I'm at the mining guild station, cant find anywhere to purchase ships. same with other stations?

you can find a terminal in a space station. You can buy there. Not a guild station.

Space stations have ships for sale .
Some outposts do to i believe .
Guild stations only sell guild-equipment and components .
Lastly you have hangar stations , here you can upgrade tier and lvl as well as customize the colours of your ship and buy higher tier turrets and components for yer ship , for some reason cant buy ships on hangar stations tough .

Miner ship, on Mining Guild station, can be bought, in Guild Market section of the station, on guild rewards terminal.

I don't think it's in game yet, Yeah i've been trying to scrap lotta my old ships too i don't want em and would rather melt them for scrap.

Has anyone made an updated ship buying guide? Only one I find is over 2 years old. There have been many ships added. Trying to decide on my next ship and its really kinda confusing.
