It says: Track Mer Kun at Tranton (198) sytem .. i fly to this system but dont have any point there where i can find him .. it is a Piilotlvl 21 3 Stars quest and i am lvl 21 ..
Anyone have a help where i can find him or what i must do ? I closed game and loading new and fly out of system and in again but nothing.. i scanned too but maybe not right scanner.
So if anyone have an idea pls tell me .. can be in german too ^^

I was just about to post same thing.Thank god it's not just me.
Like you I also tried relog and searching in various ways but to no avail.
Guessing it's not implemented yet :(

It appears there is some sort of complex scanning process. IS there a primer somewhere other than the tutorial?

You have to do a full probe scan, including detecting the signals and merging them. Note there are two groups of signals, one for an hidden station, the other for the bounty.
