How do you disable motion blur?
Disabled any option related to blurring I could find, yet this is still there:

Think its maybe just low res textures but i'm no expert .. ive been playing 1080p and it looks blurry aswell. On the flip side, star citizen runs like ♥♥♥♥ with way better gfx

Turning off radial blur and setting the motion blur to 0 did not achieve what I was looking for. I found a settings.ini file at C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\SB2\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor. After changing "r.MotionBlurQuality" to 0, saving, and loading up the game again the blur was gone. You may need to enable viewing hidden files and folders if you can't find the AppData folder. Or use Windows+R and enter "%localappdata%" to open it directly.

Thanks for the tip, the menu option didn't work for me either.

Thanks - thats much better. I disabled everything that could have caused blur and still had that problem. Was about to give up on the game - it was so uncomfortable!.
Theres still a bit of blur on the textures even when not moving but thats probably low res textures.
I am playing at native 2k and epic settings but i guess they decided to use more blurry texture for buildings and npcs in cities for performance
