stuck on build a capital station

is this in development still? i chose the chaos path and am currently stuck on the mission rise of the WRA : Build a capital station, how do you do this? or is it not available yet?

find a system with planets that dont have a station on them
select target planet
an option "Build" will show up

there is a a whole sector where there is a bunch of indepedent house there i build my Capital station at Copperline or something like that

I found Babel 1 to be a good system go there and click on a planet on the system map you will see button b which indicates build select it but u will need to provide all the resources which you can either buy from the trade tab or level up your faction pilots and raid stations etc for the resources

i was thinking this area as well, was lookin at Bower, has 3 planets and is empty

The Quest Description is total Garbage, just go to JOKER, select Stronghold Planet on Map , press B and build CAPITAL STATION. So EZ and the quest text made me waste hours in search of a system that meets the criteria of NO STATION, NO ESCAPE ROUTE, NO BEACON... what a load of croc,...it does not matter at all...

I wouldn't do this. You may get away with it at first, but the quest text likely indicates the developers intentions to increase faction warfare. Also, the quest text says to not use a PLANET with beacon/escape/station; it's not precluding an entire SYSTEM with those. But if there is another station in the system, or if it belongs to a major faction, it could end badly later. Also, it shouldn't take hours to find a system; just look for low-level systems in map, then look ate details until you see one with planets but no stations and not owned by major faction (i.e. can look for House Seragon). No need to risk losing your capital station due to impatience.

Jotun (911) is empty for me. I built the capital station (100%) and travelled back but theres no station in the system... in facition -> structures it is displayed: system "Jotun", in the Atlas the system is displayed as owned by me and has 2 stations... I save an reload the game to see if this persists.

Ah ok, reload of the game after quit to desktop did it. Now the station is there and dockable.

The built Capital Stations disappear even though they exist in the faction. You can even build a second station after the disappearance and it is doubled in the faction.
