Using Index Controllers, How do I fly?

I couldn't figure out how to fly in this demo. Is it available yet? If I can how do I do so with the Valve Index Controllers? Please and thank you.

Hey! Thanks for playing.
To fly, switch to the Super Strength and Flight power set and pull the triggers.

To switch power sets, double click the left thumbstick and select a power on the wheel.

Oh Thank you. The wheel calls it 'Ultimate powers'. I thought the info tab in the menu was how to changed, I got a bit confused. Thank you very much.

You can also fly using the Flame ability, which works in reverse of the Strength ability (you're basically using it like how Iron Man uses his hand repulsors), but it feels like it's a little slower on the speed and reaction time... though I kinda like that over the "Superman" style.
