DX11 vs Vulkan vs... standard?
WHats the benefit of these? does it perform beter with DX11 or have graphical effects/enhancements that rrequirte DX11 or anything? Im assuming the default option is using DX12, so are these just like legacy compatyibility modes?

I guess DX11 is more stable than DX12 as it stands right now, while Vulkan tends to... well... not work at all most times xD

It's weird. Some games runs better for me in DX12, but I stick to DX11 whenever possible, and if it doesen't limit too many graphical options, just because it's just more stable. One of DX12's best features is the shader caching which makes games stutter less at the cost of a slightly longer loading time. Usually just the first time you boot something up.

In this particular title I'd stick with DX11 or DX12 and straight up avoid Vulkan.

Vulkan is actually by far the most superior graphics API in existence. The problem is that for some games it hasn't been properly supported yet. Hopefully the devs work on Vulkan compatibility.

Yeah, that's probably a more accurate description. Thanks for providing that ^_^ I wonder why that is? Convenience probably.

How could Vulkan be superior to DX12? Especially if its not properly supported or even available on many games? I'd assume with DX12 also being newer, that DX11 would probably be best "overall", but IDK. I do know that on my old PC, GR Breakpoint ran at like 10fps higher on Vulkan than DX11, but thats the one time I've seen.

Well,i run this game on an ancient WIn7/64 machine with a FX8350 and a GTX1050TI.
Runs fine with the Kex tool in DX11. No blurry gfx at all but sharp and crisp.
But havent checked if it runs in Solus Budgie under Vulcan.

How do you run the game in dx12? I only see 11 as a launch option.
