Report a translation problem
If your inventory is full (no empty space) such as backpack, belt, etc then the mag might have be dropped on the ground and if you have grass "On" then make them "Off" so that you can see the dropped mag.
And also, there is a way to remove the attachments (hence the mag too) from weapons (info on screenshots) :

Also as you can see on screenshots I have pistol mags in my Alice backpack ready to reload when it gets empty. For the rifle, I just move that clip in my backpack and reload it with bullets and good to go.
