Ive seen them reload multiple times, i dont know how OFTEN but i know they dont do it often enough. Takes days. Go around to all traders when im looking for something to buy then maybe a couple clears and i see new gear. Sometimes its just a stack of ammo, sometimes its the whole inventory is new.
