Level 2 KeyCard

Anyone found a level 2 keycard in the current build? I have cleared at least 100 buildings and not a single level 2. Are they purchase only?

Just found a level 3 on a LT.. I am guessing they sometimes have a level 2 also...

Yes I have 3 level 2 cards. and atleast 20 level 0

20 hours in, I've only found a couple of level 2 cards. Both were in high-tier loot areas/containers from what I remember.

I found a level 0, 1 and 2 cards all in the same container, at the same time, in the trailer park

yeah too bad they are only 1 use though it kind of messed me over in a bunker that im at ,assuming is end game redacted area, and not sure i want to go find a level 2 and 3 card all over again.

And you usually need 2-3 for most dungeons. The lab needs at least 3 that I know of so far.

Sometimes the loot tables can get a bit wonky... I have x3 times the amount of Lv1 cards than Lv0 cards... XD

For me even with the spawn set to "rare" I have no trouble finding key cards, level 3 are the only ones that are rare for me. I also haven't found an all access one yet. Redacted/bravo require 2, airfield/creek/oil require 1, and lab requires 3. The loot didn't change regardless of which one I went to, it all depends on the type of container and how many of them there are. You can also farm boss level enemies, mainly zombie bosses. Infestations also give good loot.
