1st quest

I am in correct place (safe zone near shopping mall), standing front of empty bounty board, have talked everyone I could in the camp and yet, quest does not work, why does this not trigger?

I think all you get is an achievement. It does not trigger anything else in the game yet. It may in later updates.

Thanks for info, could have sworn it did finish quest and that there were even bounties last time I played the game about year ago, but maybe it's just my imagination
