How To Get To The Oilrig?
this might sounds dumb but i been on a quite Hiatus from this game since they adding the Oil Rig and now i'm back, my concern is Oil Rig in literally on the body of water and we dont have a boat. or do we? XD

You can just swim right over to it. Bring a gas mask and some filters with you. The key code will be on a table at the very top center and you'll need an oil rig card to get into the red building.

where can we find those oilrig cards? is it in the "military" type caches, or at the Boss Zombie's carcasses just like other keycards?

Both. Unless you get really lucky and manage to find an All Access Keycard on a Coyote Lieutenant or get one from a horde beacon.
