Quests?

I've got around 30 hours of game time and haven't gotten any Quests from any NPC! Any suggestions?

This feature has not been implemented yet. However, you can get quests by scanning Secret Intel Laptop. They are 'random' fetch quests or 'go and kill bad guys' quests, not particularly interesting or rewarding.

where do you get Secret Intel Laptop?

Drop randomly from containers and zombie bosses.

You get that same type of "laptop" quests from the sheriff in the survivor's camp, though he charges a fee for the info. It's usually worth it cause there is some legendary weapons as a reward.

So ive found several laptops. At first I was scanning them as soon as I found them, but discovered that if you die the markers/loot they spawn goes away on reload.

So far Laptop Quests are not persistent. You can Spawn replacements from the Debug if you lose one like this.
