guys, How do I access the car storage? I've tried pressing all the keys but I can't

I can be tricky sometimes. When you point your cursor at a car you will see a menu with two actions - Get in the vehicle and Access storage. You need to use mouse scroll to select second option and press F. Important - you should not stay in front of the vehicle or near its gas tank. Those are the spots where pressing F key will trigger either car repair or refueling. If you don't have vehicle repair kit of gas canister in your inventory - nothing will happen at all no matter what you have selected in the menu. So watch out where are you standing.

My mouse scroll is broken, how i can use another key? I didn't find this option in the control settings

oof... that's unfortunate.
I'm afraid there is nothing you can do in this situation other than fix your mouse or get a new one.

But you can go to SurrounDead subreddit and request an alternative way for scrolling though that menu from dev himself. Arrow keys, for example, they are not used atm. You have good chances, he's much more active there than here.

The easy answer is to get a new mouse.

Additionally, you can go in settings and possibly change the mouse scroll to another button. You can change the keybinds easily enough there, although a button may not work where a scroll wheel is the key.

surprisingly, it does, despite Steam page says it doesn't. My old XBox 360 controller hooked up easily.
It's very wonky tho, sticks sensitivity is way through the roof, button assignments are strange, for example you have to fire your weapon by pressing right stick. But vehicle menu navigation is possible with bumpers.

You NEED a new mouse pure and simple is the best thing you can do at this point.

The game settings do not have an option to change this function

Brother, the scroll wheel is pretty essential in most games. Any super cheap mouse will work and is an absolute must, especially for most survival games.
