Its the way its supposed to be.
You are sooooo going to love rain and fog at night.
i played several unreal engine games, and yes most of them shares similar issue. But some can fix that issue though
I got my settings the way i feel it should be with no nighttime its always day light in game its meant to be that way for myself after all the game is more fun when we want to play it and playing the game with darker than dark is unplayable pure and simple now i have no worry about it and yea i agree its too dark. Fixing it to always daytime the dark is a thing of the past for me but not everyone knows how to make it daytime always good luck learning how though.
its meant to be the way we want it after all this game is about playing it how you wish not how dark other people want you to play it. what its supposed to be is a matter of opinion and nothing more anyway in a video game meant for entertainment.
Me i set it to always daylight time stopped and days never go by with my settings. that is how i play it if i wish too after all this is a video game meant for entertainment and nothing else.
You can edit gamma.
Use a torch, the lights on your car or night vision... dont forget the batteries.
Or you could cheat and edit the gamma, but wheres the challenge in that?
I thought the Nightvision doesn't work, I got one, also pushed the default button "N" several times, also checked my keybinds and it seems to do nothing for me, any suggestion?
Make sure you have batteries in your NVGs. I was confused at first as well until I realized the flashlights and NVGs use the batteries. Also, if you are in the tunnels, Civilian NVGs won't let you see, as they need some amount of light to amplify e.g. a sliver of moonlight. The Military NVGs work just fine in the tunnels, though.
