Option To Reset Level Or Just Start Fresh?

Hello,

I've been playing for a couple days now and have hit what looks to be a hard cap at level 30 and can no longer accumulate skill points. I'm trying to max out the skill tree but with this limitation it looks like I am stuck.

Is there a way to reset my level back to 1 so that I can progress again or will I have to start a new save? I'd like to avoid starting a new save as I have many of the harder to get legendary items on my character and several large bases setup throughout the map.

There is now a 'reset' button in the 'Difficulty Settings.'
Right above where it says 'weather / Time of Day.'

There was always a way to reset level pretty easy and skills.
Old way was hit backpace to reset level without cost. Reset skills by using button in skill tree.
Now it changed forsure.
Now you can go in Difficulty Settings like Skeleton💀Soc13ty said.
The button in there can reset both at once. the old way was one or the other unlimited times.
