Can someone explain to me the ending of the game?

The ending to me suggests you ♥♥♥♥♥♥ alma in that sphere thing. And Im not sure whether to believe that or not.

Yea, just got done with this one and will be playing #3 next but i'm pretty sure alma rode you like a mule and made you creampie her, soooo now you're a daddy.
