Game not saving Modified Myleague

I been trying to rebrand the real teams into fictional teams, but every time i try to save my progress, the supposed saved file is missing until i restart the game and when i try to continue, my progress has been slightly undo.

any way around this?

Look, what worked for me was deleting the other games I had saved in my league and starting a new one.
