downloading game updates stuck at %0

i just bought the game 3 days ago and downloading page stuck at 0 i tried everything in the forums before if you know the solution i really need help

Updated game but it takes forever to download the game update

I recently updated the game but it has not fully run the downloading game update and I am stuck at 0% in Season 7

This a recursive problem with this game; third time that happens and the programmers learn nothing about it.

The only thing that works is 2k sports fixing syncronization problem of its servers with steam cloud server

How do you fix that?

Open a ticket in thttps://support.2k.com/, explain your problem, and very important, take a capture of this discussion and post it in the ticket, and they will see that you are not alone with this problem. Then wait and they eventually fix it.
