There are no city edition jersey, please help!

I bought the game yesterday when the servers were already disabled and faced the problem that there were no city versions of the form, and that the arena designs were logical, in the discussions of the nba2k20 I came across the topic that if I bought the game after the servers were closed, then the first update was installed in which this form was not yet available, but why then are the lineups updated? So to the question itself, how do I get the city edition back into the game?
