Files Do Not Work Anymore

I have been chatting with 2K Support and they do not know how to fix my file problem. I have not played this game in 3 weeks now.

Is this the updating issue described in other threads where the game isn't updating?

Yes the updating has stopped at 0% and I have already sent 2K support a ticket and it still has not resolved my issue.

That method helped alot of players who had problems with "Update Stuck on 0%" in before NBA2k games -->>

∙ Go to --> Your HardDrive\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\117870064\1644960\local

∙ Keep in mind what ur path to that folder can be different

∙ So u need file --> "SYNC.BIN"

∙ Copy that ("SYNC.BIN") file somewhere, for recover after, if something going wrong

∙ After that, delete this ("SYNC.BIN") file

∙ Launch game, and u should see "Game Updating" in main menu screen, wait until it finishing.

I fixed for myself "Stuck Updating" in 2k20 with this method, also friends told me it also helped them fix this in 2k21
