Can't sign in

After the latest update yesterday (which has no patch notes anywhere?) the game refuses to sign in and there isn't any option to sign in anywhere. Clicking Connect (or any other game mode other than Quick Play) just gives me the error message "You must be signed in to access this feature."
My account is verified and I am signed in via Steam on the 2K website. Also, it worked fine before the update.

In case anyone has the same issue, Clearing the download cache fixed this for me: https://support.2k.com/hc/en-us/articles/204395718-How-To-Clear-The-Cache-On-Your-Console-PC
