Report a translation problem
Are you experiencing this issue very often or in specific situations? Could you provide a screenshot and information about the map you are playing on? This helps investigating the problem. Thank you!
First screenshot where I am planning the track. Then I click Build.
The second screenshot where the track plan disappears completely after clicking build.
Could you verify your game files please?
If this does not help, please reach out to our support via support@kalypsomedia.com with a savegame attached, please. This helps us with further investigation.
Thank you!
Here is the track I planned:
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2981093436
Here is what happens when I click build:
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2981093441
Now the marker is messed and and I can place track points anywhere on the map without being able to draw anymore track:

We are checking this asap.
Here's why I ask...I went ahead and did that because I was a bit annoyed with the track signal system. Started a new campaign and haven't had the issue of the tracks not laying down properly once. Really random potential connection, but I wonder if there's something in the game files that doesn't quite connect until after the tutorial has been completed?
@Rolf, might be a place to look? I'm halfway through the first Campaign chapter now without issue.
I also verified files and it came back all files good.
Addition to that the game slows down to a crawl after experiencing this bug (frames drop to 20-30 fps while the gpu is only running at 30%)
Things I have tried so far:
-Reboot the Pc
-Verify Game files
-Fully redownload the game
Hope to see a follow up.
