Using Luxury Trains on non-Balkan maps...

While playing on a default map yesterday, I saw that I could change my passenger trains to luxury. So I did the change, but the trains now never stopped to drop the passengers and I have to revert to express.

Is this a bug or was luxury even a thing that should be allowed on non-Balkan maps?

Oh, interesting! I had sort of hoped they'd be available on all maps, as an option.

re-build the line. that would update the status for delivery of passengers.
