Campaign Scenario 2 - Stuck

Task: "Buy the small private route Chester and Holyhead Railway."

Cannot complete as the above mentioned small private route does not exist on the map.

At a loss on how to proceed. Already purchased all small private routes, still not successfully completed the task.

That's weird. In my game there is a railroad company between Holyhead and the logging camp nearby.

mine too..i bought it fairly easily and have beaten camp 2

Restarted, now it is there.

This is a bit troubling. I should probably report it as a bug.

Wish I didn't have to go through nearly the entire thing before finding out it was a problem.
