Bug, Glass Shard Anomaly

I don't know how it happened but sometime in Zaton, I just wasn't able to Jog or Sprint like I was waltzing through a Glass Shard Anomaly. I can only walk. Please Help me, My meds aren't going to last the rest of my playthrough and I don't wanna restart.

Get more bandages/medkits then, they're scattered around. Or reload from a prior autosave, should be pretty close to where you are.

Like an Idiot, I have only 1 main save, and did lots of Story sadly thinking it was just Zaton air or something because it only happened once I entered it. I have also gone through almost 50 bandages and 20 medkits just testing this issue. I have reloaded the save, the game, I have slept, I have eaten, I have re-equipped all my equipment and artifacts, I went to a medic and asked them to heal me up. What I think is happening is that the game thinks I am constantly in a Glass Shard Anomaly which is weird because I don't even remember walking through one in Zaton. I'll probably wait for a patch (If ever)

There are similar bugs where the game keeps you in a constant PSI-Effect loop, that seems kind of related. Loading a save is the only way out afaik, so better spam that quicksave button :)
