Softlocked due to NPC blocking way in the last area
I have multiple NPCs blocking the only entrance to the base in Enerhetyk Palace of Culture, where I'm meant to meet Dehtyarev again. Those NPCs refuse to move, and I cannot do anything with this.

You can circumvent this to the extent, by reaching guide (not the Yaniv one, because ofc he's not there for some reason), and teleport to the base, but the issue is that you can't also get out of the base, unless you teleport to Yaniv and run all the way back, which is also extremely frustrating.

They just keep standing there, and nothing can be done to move them.
