NPC stuck/standing in door of base (Pripyat and Rostok)

Do someone have same problem?

For example in Rostok and Pripyat an NPC soldier is standing middle of the door and do not dissapaer. In Pripyat i can jeump around him after several attempts but i can leas the base then. Only way is to use the guide fast travel to another base but this is not a long term solution.
In Rostok are several entrances so there is it less annoying.
But in Rostok are two soldiers glitched in same place.
