Down Below mission, stuck.

I have a problem — it seems I'm stuck and can't continue the mission.

After killing Korshunov (the boss fight), I end up in a camp where I need to talk to Strelok, and this is where the problem starts.

Down Below - Talk to Strelok in the Energetik Palace of Culture.

- The game doesn't let me talk to Strelok to continue the mission. I can only ask "What's new around the Zone?"
- I can't even leave the room because the doors are locked.

I even tried loading a save before the fight with Korshunov and replaying that part, but the situation doesn't change.

It looks like a bug in the game. Has anyone else encountered this or it's just me cant see something obvious?

Thanks to the @SHADOW for the hint! I'll laeve exact steps to skip bugged part of the quest.

1. Download and Install UETools

https://www.nexusmods.com/stalker2heartofchornobyl/mods/64?tab=files

Note: You will need to register on the Nexus Mods website to access and download the files.

2. Extract the contents of the downloaded UETools archive.

3. Add UETools Files to the Game Directory.

- Navigate to your S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 installation folder "...\Stalker2\Content\Paks".
- Check if a folder named "~mods" exists. If not, create it.

4. Copy extracted UETools files into the "~mods" folder.

You should have the following files in the "~mods" folder

pakchunk10000(UETools)-Windows.pak
pakchunk10000(UETools)-Windows.ucas
pakchunk10000(UETools)-Windows.utoc
pakchunk10000(UETools)-Windows_p.pak

5. Launch the Game as usual.

6. Open the UETools console

- Once in the game, press the ` (tilde) key to open the console.

7. To force the bugged dialogue with Strelok to start, run the following command in the console:

XSkipToQuestNode E14_MQ02_SetDialog_E14_MQ02_Dialog_Strelok_Questions

8. Once the dialogue with Strelok concludes, you will receive a new quest titled "Go to the Red Forest with Richter.". Unfortunately, after receiving the new quest, you cannot leave the room or speak with Richter, to progress further. To bypass this bug, run next command:

XStartQuestNodeBySID E14_MQ02_TeleportCharacter_PlayerToRedForest

9. Have Fun In The Zone :)

Yes, as described in the pinned topic under "Help and Advise Center", I have submitted a bug report directly on the Stalker2 website after realizing that I’m not the only one experiencing this issue.

I found this as a temporary solution:

More commands you might need: XSkipToQuestNode E14_MQ02_SetDialog_E14_MQ02_Dialog_Strelok_Questions (used for Making Strelok speak with you after killing the Colonel ) XStartQuestNodeBySID E14_MQ02_TeleportCharacter_PlayerToRedForest (Used to force completion of the Go to the Red Forest with Richter task)

you need dev tools mod to execute those commands and you will miss the conversation with Richter but that's the only way i found to progres for now

в мене схожа проблема. перед оновленням я вбив Коршунова та повернувся на базу в Прип'яті. поговорив з Стрілком, отримав квест на вбивство Доктора. забрав бронежилет.
Після цього Ріхтер повинен мене доставити до Доктора, але Ріхтера немає в кімнаті.

я зробив відкат назад до кімнати з Коршуновим, але після повернення на базу в Прип'яті Стрілець навіть не дає квест.

дядьки пофіксіть квест!!!
