Malachite is closed

Hi folks, after assault on Malachite I can't enter it anymore.
How should I get in, I can only enter with the guide, but then I can't exit. I have the necklaces from the scientist's mission to control mutants.

Get used to it, it stays that way for the rest of the game. So you can´t fast travel anymore to the west of the map.

I am confused why Ward attacked Malachite, their purpose was to protect Malachite from harm, now they besiege it?

Malachite are not under Ward protection, they have left The SIICA and now do there own thing. Ward want to destroy the zone, not understand it.

that door is not always open it never was for me

you can fast-travel to it inside the house and back but it seems weird as when you exit the house you are shot on sight
