Can Ikarus base became functional if the "Like a Moth to the Flame" was skiped?
As I skipped visiting Icarus base while Dead Frequency (was optional) the base now is abandoned and under quarantine. Noting is functional. However, as I found only the Icarus technician is able to upgrade SSP-100M SIRCAA Armor. Now I stuck with suites upgrades. Is it scenario bug or I miss something? Thanks for any help, guys.
