Another solving for : exception_access_violation reading address 0x0000000000000010

Hello all,

Not saying i found the solution for all "exception_access_violation reading address 0x0000000000000010" problems.

But i had this one popping since 1.0.3 and couldn't launch the damn game ever.

Why ? Because i followed this tutorial in 1.0.0 to increase performance...

Deleting the engine.ini solved my problem and now the game launches without problem on 1.0.3
