The program cannot run because the DirectX Runtime is missing.

When I try to run the game, I see the following error message, and the game does not launch:

The following component(s) are required to run this program:
DirectX Runtime

After seeing this message, I visited Microsoft's website and installed the following program:

DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer
However, the same issue persists. I also updated my graphics driver and chipset driver to the latest version, but this error message continues to trouble me.

GPU: GeForce RTX 3060 Ti
