Doors of the Skadovsk won't open at all

I'm trying to get inside the Skadovsk for the better part of an hour now, since i really need repairs, but no matter what i do, or who i talk to, those doors just stay closed, and the NPC's just tell me to go talk to Kingpin.

The other ship with Beard i could enter no problem.

Just chiming in to say that I have the same problem and so do many others. I haven't found a fix for it yet. Its super annoying I hope the issue gets fixed asap
