Bug? Chemical Plant Access?

SO first of all just to add this in, how come i was at the chemical plant and their are some RANDOM group of doods that are green on my crosshair so im like ok their good. Then around the corner their were another group of doods that saw me and started going ape sheet on me. so the FIRST group of doods attack BACK. i watched for about 5 seconds then pull out my gun to help them shoot the other guys what happens next? They TURN ON ME shoot me kill me and the dialog said something likle "what are you shooting at. soldiers"? now laugh if you want but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hell like half the time i dont know if im entering a hostile or not. So like what gives?
Now to what i really wanted to ask, How do i get inside you know to get access to the tech would be nice..


oh and why suddenly the 247 radiation? everywhere like im running out of raidiation consumables and i nearly trade every single npc anything that includes radiation. so why is their suddenly radiation thats never going away!




now. I noticed that only if the friendlys are hit in the LINE OF fire will they fire back? Just this entire thing makes me not want to play not gonna lie.

So I was on my way to the chemical plant and a emission broke out, I had no idea the place was restricted. Ran into a part of the chemical plant that was open with NPCs in it, they were all chill. I was waiting out the emission and then started getting randomly snipped from dudes that were OUTSIDE in the emission, they then proceeded inside. Other NPCs still not attacking me, I managed to take out everyone in the place and now it's empty... FML it's a bug.
