Weapon Bug

So found a named weapon, and go to install the optics mount for it at the tech upgrade, and purchase the mod. Visually it shows up, but then I click through the other upgrades and purchase a couple. Go to try to install the optics on the weapon and it won't take.... weird. Pull out the weapon and notice that the optic rail visually is not there.... hmmmm. Go back to tech and see that it is purchased but visually it is bugged off the weapon. Replicated with several guns.

Any mod; optic mounts, under barrels, lasers, flash hiders etc., that are purchased need to be purchased LAST or there is a bug that will take it off the weapon just by clicking around on other upgrade options and/or also purchasing other upgrades. Not sure if its just a visual bug or also affects the weapon stats from the purchased mod upgrade like lasers and grips but it definitely makes it so you can't install optics.

GLITCH ON SCREEN W PISTOLS AND SOME RIFELS
VISUAL/GRAPHIC GLITCH/BUG I HAVE A ROUND METALIC THING ON MY LEFT HAND SIDE AND ITS IRRETATING TO SAY THE LEAST!!

ANYONE SEEN THIS BUG OR SIMILAR STUFF? HOW TO GET RID OF IT?
JUST LEAFT THE GARBAGE ZONE SELLERS N LOCATION(DONT REMEMBER NAME,SLEEPT BEFORE I WENT OUT N THEN HELPED TO FISH UP A GUN 4 A STALKER OR SOME DUDE ATLEAST..AFTER THIS THAT VISUAL GLITCH APPEARED!)

HOPE IT WILL DISSAPEAR BY ITSELF AFTER I RELOAD GAME LATER THIS NIGHT!
IF NOT WHAT COULD I DO THEN?
