"Sheltered Stash" in Lesser Zone?
Can't figure out how to get into the building that it's on...

If you mean that one building on the military complex, then the entry to the stash is a few steps back from the outer walls through a sewer hole beneath the building. Its a tunnel with a lot of yellow slime anomaly inside.

Ahh ok; I was in that tunnel but missed it somehow
