Three Captains Sidequest bug

Anyone else run into this bugged mission? Avoiding spoilers it asks you to kill some people however as soon as you accept the mission, the objective completes and you cant do the actual mission.

It's definitely bugged for me, the two captains in question don't spawn at all which means I can't kill or side with them.

Tried some more but the mission stays bugged...

If you are very quick after accepting the mission you can see on the map where they spawn at. The first building basically directly south east. Found and was able to loot their bodies just up the stairs in that building.

The secondary objective in this mission stays bugged though about finding the sniper, even after turning the quest in it will stay on your map...

i killed 2 of them but when i go to the boat for the third all the enemies i kill just spawn back in front of me, tried reloading and nothing.

same for me. Mission is bugged, can not kill this both targets from my sniper Position.

You are lucky, me the quest doesn't want to start.

I can't even get the quest to show up. I did Bullseye and The Mysterious Case missions, but Sonya doesn't have the mission for me.

Basically just have to progress the main quest from Icarus to get her to give you the mission.

it wont show up until you finish the swamp area main missions

Same thing. I accepted then I got a radio message about "walking away from the job" and then all the objectives completed immediately.

yep, its bugged on my end also, the npcs in question will not spawn giving me one option, let the enemy npcs take out the npcs in question, i dont want that lol.

I just did it earlier today, I didn't have any problems with it. Looks like I got lucky, unlike my constant crashes.

For me actually it wasn't bugged, I get the quest when I back from the swamp.
