I submmited a bug report on Stalker2 website. Hopefully they'll fix it asap.
In the meantime a workaround...
Download "UETools - Developer Console . Debugging" from Nexus - this will enable console.
Use command "uetools_ghost" to walk trough the locked doors and "uetools_walk" to disable it. Same when going going outside.
Warning: I would not be surprised if interacting with NPCs inside the base and continuing the story without going trough the right step of getting access to the base broke something else down the line, so use at your own discretion.
Have the same issue, I tried spawning in the pass via console commands, but since the soldier you're supposed to talk to isn't spawning, I doubt it'd be much use.
I've also submitted a bug report. Hopefully this will be included in the first patch.
Yeah, that didn't work. Still stuck with the exact same issue...
Edit: I tried, reloading, restarting. Even going back to an old save file and playing through the entire Duga assault mission again. The soldier next to the door is still not spawning and the base remains locked. Severely disappointed, to say the least.
Hope It'll help
