I think Nightingale's Hunt quest might be bugged?

I found the color for the blind dog at the bulba anomaly, I found the collar off the bloodsucker mutant. But for some reason even though the quest has been turned in and completed I still get a beeping noise in the barn at the old mill and when I look at my quest it still says find the collar on the mutant near the old mill and it has a grey circle on it? Is this a bug?

I am not sure, as everything I have read says the beep in the barn near the bulba anomaly in old mill is intended to lead you to the dog near the anomaly. I have looked everywhere, spent over an house looking at everything and unless another dog is glitched into the map, inside of another object or underground I would have no idea where it is.

I already got that dog and the quest was turned in.

Same thing happened to me, and when I did venture to turn the collars in anyway I am fairly certain I didn't get the full reward as if I had missed one (I definitely didn't - the old mill mutant objective is also the one that seems cancelled for me and I for sure picked it up). My guess is something bugs with the quest step when you reach the point where Nightingale gets attacked and the objectives change.
