Quest, Just like the good old daysoptional objective, Talk to prof lodochka.
Door in bunker not opening, objective marker in bunker.

Open world exploration. After monolith activation and attack of zaliyssa and other locations, monolithians and stalkers are spawned inside the new safe zone with the collapsed balloon. Door in safe zone locked and unable to fire, or throw grenades as they do not explode, inside the building.

Heard abour try to sleep in any active bad or just go very far from this and then go back
For the door of prof Lodoshka there is a nasty workaround with UE Tools for stalker 2, where you can use ghost mode to get behind the door.

For Zallyssia... seems like Gondor did not came to help... no clue how to solve that one.
Encountered the same bug, for the bunker the workaround is using console with noclip mode just to get inside and outside.
For the Zalyssya have not found the proper way. But still you can use console to kill all enemy npc's and that happens that is kills few friendly too, but it will open the doors and progress quest.
The console command for it is : XKillThemAll

Only rendered A.life npcs, so quest ones will not die.
But i encountered another gamebreaking bug afterwards, so i will drop stalker for now and wait for the fixes sadly, and recommend you to do the same :c

I attempted sleeping in noontide base, the icon was still there but the option to sleep was greyed out.

As for Zalissya, taking my time walking there seemed to help with the spawning, one group of two actually was outside that run, so clearing the first group, getting inside and sleeping forced the second group to be outside and kick off the defense of zalissya objective.

I will do a run back to report on the prof.
same issue but 2 monoliths walked out so the doors were open and i could start the quests but the quests themselfs were bugged, then i thought "♥♥♥♥ it" and went on to the next story mission and now i couldnt start that one either, guard doesnt let me in and i am stuck in a talk option loop of "why cant i come in" and cant exit the convo either lol....it seems the whole later quests are bugged to hell

Hey, here's an even better command for Zalissya. It will kill ONLY MONOLITH:
XKillNPCInRadius 5000000 -99999999999999999999999999 -1000

BTW, I'm currently looking for a solution to avoid triggering the bad outcome for settlement (currently it happens no matter what you do, once you leave Lesser Zone). I'll give an update if I find something.

UPD: I have managed to spoil the plot for myself, but didn't find the needed quest id. FML.

Another solution, as I did, but with a mod.
Download UETools and install (at nexus mods find this mod for stalker, it is there)
Go to the bunker, open the console (tilde or f10), type UETools_Ghost press enter.
Go straight to the door, you will go through it. Type UETools_Walk to walk normally again.
Talk to the professor.
You'll have to walk back out the door the same way.

Yeah, it's not much of a solution, but the others don't work.

By the way, it's useless, guys. Because further quests are also buggy. There is a blue side quest in the start village, there too everything is broken. Monolith guys does not spawns normally. Batya does not say anything (no quest options in dialog), but the quest is taken by itself somehow after talking with him.
Then the monolith and stalkers spawns right in the room whith Batya, but they can not shoot, cas of safe zone, so they just walk there without doing anything.

Mega cringe game =) They really could not test it over the years and 50% of the game tested, and the rest 50% is not. We'll be waiting years for patches. =)

for the bunker door to lodochka it was enough to get like 200m away from it, i legit took a run to base vendor and back, and it was working again XD
