RivaTuner not working for FPS cap. Unable to stabilize frame time.
Edit: I ended up completely removing Afterburner, RT, and the associated profiles I had set up. Reinstalled it all, and it's hooking now.

Anyone have any ideas? I watched digital foundry's review and towards the 21 minute mark they mention capping fps using nvidia control panel and vsync at half frames.

I've tried all sorts of frame caps including rivatuner and nothing smooths out my frame times.

7800X3D + 4090 on a 4K panel.

Disable Nvidia Boost in the ingame Settings.

I`m using Vsync Fast and Ultra low latency in Nvidia control panel. 120 fps cap ingame, all epic, DLSS DLAA and framegen on a "2k" display. 110-120 quite smooth fps even in village with 8-15ms latency.
