Artifact Stuck in unreachable location

Up in the POL DEPOT where the electrical anomaly is it seems to be stuck in 1 of the silo's it doesn't seem to have a way inside is there a way from underground or am i just outta luck with this artifact lol?

same problem. Seems to be in the silo. Walked around on the roof pixel to pixel for half an hour. Tried everything on the ground and all the pipes.

For me it was on the ground near a silo. Sigh.

I always find the anomalies there on top of the silos.. you have to parkour up onto the pipes and jump across to a half busted ladder if I recall...

After patch 1.0.2 the electrical artifact is unreachable inside the storage tank at the Pol Depot. I have zero ideas on how to get it. tried to use grenades to push it out, did not work.

I have had this issue at a few locations so far:

• Electric Field in East Garbage - stuck inside the chassis of the crane
  
• Detention center in South East Garbage - Stuck inside a wall in the basement
  
• Reloading Point - NW Cement Factory inside the electro anomaly

This needs a fix ASAP. It really kills the fun of artifact hunting.

I know it's not much to ease the issue, but the detention center one could be on the roof of the building, there is a few anomalies up there that can spawn artifacts as well.

Unfortunately, it was behind the first floor exterior wall. I could see the glow behind the window. It's in an area that is completely blocked off to the player.
