Can't accept End User License Agreement

I've just downloaded and installed the game, however, I cannot accept the End User License Agreement - there is no way to click accept. The mouse pointer is not visible and all I can do is toggle between sending or not sending crash reports.

Any ideas?

Mouse seems unavailable, scrolled down as well, A Accept is not responsive. Show stopper.
