Where can I actually find the stuff from my pre-order bonus?

To collect your Deluxe and Ultimate edition bonus items (& pre-order items), you must find them in Journalist Stashes discovered in the Seek, And You Shall Find side mission.

Open your stash, there should be a usb drive

If I can remember rightly after a few missions, the gun store owner will tell you that there is something (USB stick) in your stash. Retrieving it plays a audio message which starts the side mission.

I have a Problem with my Preorder Bonus (Standard Edition)
I got the key as a Gift on November 19 2024, and I registered it short befor 18:00 German Time.
I couldn't find the Stuff Ingame, nor the Item or Questgiver to begin the Questline to get the P.o. Items.
Now I see, that the Preorder Bonus wasn't activated and is not in the Game.
But the STALKER Avatar you see, is allready in my posession.
I also have no DLC Entry in the Steam Options of the Game and if I do a File controll with steam, it says me, all is okay.
Support means, I have no DLCs buyed or something like this.
What I do wrong? How do I get the Pre Order Bonus?
