The Apartmentbuilding seems to hold a whole lot of Monolith, but the school nearby i whiped clear, think there where 20/25 of them, a lot easier once you get inside to kill them all with a Shotgun like the Saiga, and for the ones outside a Gauss.
Might be the Apartmentbuilding has a glitch that keeps spawning them, i avoided the apartmentbuilding, but i am said to say, i encountered something similar past the point of no return where they just kept spawning from a dead end next to the doorway i needed to exit, spend a lot of Shotgun ammo there before i decided it might be better to just run.
Probably yes, but you spend a fortune on ammo getting to the loot.
