Skiff Ending

I had the Skiff ending, and watching it was amazing; when that music kicked in as Skiff entered the pod, I felt like everything made sense. Here are my thoughts:

-Skiff lost his home; it seems he did not have much. He says at one point, "I have nothing left to go to."
-Faust. I loved the reveal at the end, and it made sense. When Faust says you can not keep things hidden, and how 'she' (the Zone) had changed him after Monolith, it all came together. Faust kept his humanity despite being a lab rat and later used as a tool/weapon.
-You are told to trust nobody at one point, and this is true of all the characters but Faust. Faust showed you the truth after his fight with you. He could easily have ended Skiff and yet chose to have faith in him to do the right thing.
-Skiff ending shows the Zone free. We see what the Zone did when people tried to control it or use it to mess with things, it turned into a reflection of those people and hurt others. Another Faust plus is you get to see the mutant dogs not accepting him until one comes in of free will. That, to me, speaks volumes about what the developers were saying.
-The Zone can change humanity for the better. Not through illusion. Not by being a power source. By spreading and connecting people with Skiff as the envoy.

I seriously can not for the life of me see how this ending is bad. All the others, however, are lies or people controlling others. Only Skiff's ending is true freedom. Awesome game.
