Doctor's Basement Note

I picked up a note in the doctor's basement (Red Forest) but it's not in my inventory or note section of the PDA. Anyone know what it said?

Open your PDA. Scroll to your right where it says "Notes". You can read it there .

I said in my post that it's missing from the note section of the PDA.

Oops... 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️. My bad, I don't know how you can read it if it's not in the notes section. Sorry...🤷‍♂️

I had the same question, moved on with my playthrough since it was already kinda ♥♥♥♥♥♥ lore-wise. Depending on your path, you may return. And then you can pick it up and read it.

EDIT: Heads up I did reload to before I picked it up. Idk if it'll be there or not if you already picked it up your first time there. But when I went back it was there again the second time and ACTUALLY picked up.
